Original Thai, located in the heart of Kailua-Kona, is a family owned and operated restaurant. Original Thai is owned and operated by Saing and her two daughters. Preserving recipes and traditions of the past for future generations, Original Thai is a local favorite.

Family owned and operated, Original Thai has been bringing the taste of Thailand to Kona since 2006. Over the years OGT has won countless awards for Best Thai in Kona. Recently, in 2018, we were featured in Dinner, Drive-in and Dives with host Guy Fieri.
